Almost as soon as Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia was dead, the conspiracy theories about who murdered him started flying. At first it appeared that the murder of a Supreme Court justice at a hunting lodge could not possibly be true, especially since avid hunter Dick Cheney was not even there. But events since his demise have only fueled the conspiracy theorists for the cast number of people for whom the truth is never a good enough explanation. At first it was reported that Scalia died of natural causes in his sleep, most likely a heart attack.

But as soon as it was reported about the condition in which Scalia’s dead body was found, the questions started to arise.  Conspiracy theories started flying after the ranch’s owner told reporters Scalia’s head was under a pillow when he was found dead.

“We discovered the judge in bed, a pillow over his head. His bedclothes were unwrinkled,” John Poindexter, who owns Cibolo Creek Ranch, told the San Antonio Express-News.

And although he had suffered from numerous health problems, you would think the sudden death of a senior Supreme Court member would be investigated and an autopsy performed. But no autopsy was performed, and he was embalmed before one could even happen.

In another twist, Scalia was declared dead by a judge who never even saw his body. Instead this judge was told of his condition over the phone and declared him dead from hundreds of miles away.

Soon even Time Magazine was reporting on the possible conspiracy:

But Scalia’s family’s decision to forgo an autopsy, and a justice of the peace pronouncing him dead of natural causes without seeing the body, sparked speculation from a former homicide commander for Washington D.C.William Ritchie, a former head of criminal investigations for D.C. police, wrote on Facebook that several aspects of how the death was handled didn’t add up, according to the Washington Post.“My gut tells me there is something fishy going on in Texas,” he wrote. “Did the US Marshal check for petechial hemorrhage in his eyes or under his lips that would have suggested suffocation? Did the US Marshal smell his breath for any unusual odor that might suggest poisoning?”

Leading the list of reasons for Scalia’s “murder” was a backlog of Supreme Court cases involving controversial issues like abortion, affirmative actions, unions and the 2nd Amendment. In a court that spits 5-4 on many issues, these cases could be on hold for years.

Infowars Alex Jones Leads the Conspiracy Brigade: Is Clarence Thomas Next?

The king of conspiracy theories  Alex Jones of Infowars immediately posted a “emergency transmission” on his Facebook page Saturday night after news of Scalia’s death was announced.  According to Jones, Scalia had likely been murdered by President Obama in much the same manner the president killed conservative blogger Andrew Breitbart, who died on a Brentwood sidewalk from a heart attack. That’s right, Alex Jones actually believes Obama can assassinate his enemies by giving them a heart attack.

“You just get used to this, ‘Scalia found, it’s natural, nothing going on here, he just died naturally,’” Jones stated. “And you’re like, ‘Whoa. Red flag.’ Then you realize, Obama is one vote away from being able to ban guns, open the borders and actually have the court engage in its agenda — and now Scalia dies. I mean, this is hard core.”But Scalia is not the only supposed target: Alex Jones went on to suggest that Associate Justice Clarence Thomas — with a voting record nearly identical to Scalia’s — might “die of a heart attack next week.”“

Are they going to kill Clarence Thomas? Maybe they’ll kill Ron Paul. Maybe they’ll kill Donald Trump next. They all had heart attacks,” he continued. “How many more of these are we going to sit here and put up with? Or maybe their airplane blows up. My gut tells me they killed him and all the intellectual evidence lays it out.”

Drudge Scalia found dead with pillow over headMatt Drudge Fuels The Fire

Conservative news site owner Matt Drudge also jumped on the “Scalia murdered” bandwagon with a screaming red headline reading: “Scalia found dead with ‘pillow over head’.”

NatureHacker Chimes In

On YouTube, a man identifying himself as the NatureHacker pointed the finger at lodge owner Poindexter, noting he was a Vietnam era veteran who was awarded the Presidential Unit Citation by President Obama in 2009 in a nationally televised ceremony in the Rose Garden.

As usual, Twitter, was a bastion of reasoned thought, with the president the most likely culprit:

Heres a roundup of some of the best Scalia Conspiracy Theories:

scaliaConspiracy Theory #1:  Bill and Hillary Did It To Cover Up Hillary’s e-mail Scandal

Blogger Paladin Justice said Bill and Hillary Clinton may have orchestrated Scalia’s killing in an attempt to stifle a possible Supreme Court ruling over the former Secretary of State’s email controversy. Here’s his theory:

“Did Scalia make a stray comment about the Hillary email investigation? Is the Supreme Court going to have to make a ruling in that investigation? You just know that Scalia would have voted to fry her sorry butt,” he wrote, adding that he had an “image of the Clintons and the state of Arkansas littered with the dead bodies of their enemies.”

Conspiracy Theory #2: On Second Thought, Maybe It Was “Chaney”

The same blogger who thinks the Clintons might have killed Scalia also thinks former VP Dick Cheney did it. If you are going to accuse someone of a conspiracy, the least you can do is spell their name right. It’s “Cheney” not “Chanay.”

Texas is where the power elites send their prominent enemies to be murdered. Once in a while, they want to send a message with their assassinations, but usually it works out better for them to have the cause of death established as a heart attack or some other natural cause.John F. Kennedy was killed in Texas in a very public way. Allegedly, Scalia died in his sleep, all alone. Was Dick Cheney on the premises? Scalia came to Texas to go hunting. Perhaps Chaney (sic) and his crew were hunting Scalia. There’s no way for Scalia to have known that he was the prey, not the animals on the big ranch he was visiting.

Conspiracy Theory #3: It Was Mr. Spock from Star Trek

Leonard Nimoy, who played “Star Trek’s” Mr. Spock, died last February, but that didn\’t stop him from killing Antonin Scalia. According to HardDawn.com Nimoy apparently faked his own death and became the leader of the Iluminati after his death, theorists for Hard Dawn claimed. The allegedly liberal secret group wanted the conservative judge dead, they said.

Nimoy’s Hand in the AssassinationThe wild card in this equation is likely Leonard Nimoy, who various leaked reports have identified as the newest leader of the Illuminati. While there is much debate about that secretive group’s ultimate motives, many citizen journalists suspect that they are expanding their control through both European-style socialism and Bilderberg-group branded international cooperation schemes. The recent Climate Change summit is the perfect example of this, as it gives foreign authorities the power to override both Congressional and Constitutional protections. As many know, the presence of the United Nations on American soil will lead to gun seizures and restrictions on Christian freedom of speech.Illuminati supporters such as gun control activists, marijuana propagandists and the recruiters of sodomy are likely to immediately benefit from the Justice’s death. They will now have more room to promote their disturbing agendas on a national legal front.

The good news is that gun controlling, marijuana smoking sodomists can now promote there disturbing agendas in peace.

  1. What if Antonin Scalia had committed suicide? Wouldn’t the family want to know? I think the public deserves a full investigation into this mysterious death. Enough is enough. The FBI needs to investigate immediately.

  2. While many of the conspiracy theories seem unlikely, why they decided not to do an autopsy is beyond me. We have neighbor’s who pass away at home alone, and the police seal off the house as a crime scene and investigate just to make sure there was no foul play. Justice Scaliia was a national figure that many people would want to see dead. They need to investigate this just to make sure no one did him in, including people who were in his will.

  3. How do they know it wasn’t a drug overdose? Or maybe an alcohol poisoning? Or maybe there was a hooker? I bet they do know and don’t want Scalia’s name to show up on TMZ next to Lamar Odom. This is suspicious. I bet there was something going on that they are covering up. Of course it happened in Texas, where secrets go to die. We may never know.
