Few things in life are as good around St Patrick’s day as a nice cold McDonald’s Shamrock Shake. Back in the 80s and 90s every store had them, but recently they are harder to locate than the Loch Ness Monster. The seasonal McDonald’s menu addition is once again popping back up at select locations, but not all locations offer the cool minty cream dream in a cup.
To some the St. Patrick’s Day promotion is just a green, minty shake, but for many it is an annual rite of passage from winter to spring, and it has inspired a cultish following. Thanks to shamrockshake.com though, which lists the latest sightings, the hunt is a little easier.
